Preparing an offering memorandum or property package is an immensely challenging task for most real estate companies. From a design perspective, everyone is looking to differentiate themselves and stand out from a crowded field so predictably, few documents are alike.
Working with the branding requirements you provide, our team will design and develop a template for the project. Once approved, they will then take your content (text and images) and assemble the document. This can also include supporting graphics such as maps, site plans, floor plans, stacking plans, charts, tables, etc. Prices start at $1,000.
We can also work with existing templates and provide the assembly and/or the graphics support services required. Each project and client is unique – and we fit in where and when needed on a case by case basis. That’s what makes us different!
Our print documents are created using the Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe CS3). In addition to delivering the source files to you, we can also provide any of the following formats you may require including print-ready or E-Mail-friendly PDFs. All you need to do is ask!
In some cases we can work with converting Quark files over to InDesign (Adobe CS3). Please contact us for more information.
We also create market research reports, sub-market reports, brochures, listing packages, drive by reports, and more.
The standard turn around time for this service is five business days. Rush options may be available upon request and may require additional charges.
Two modification requests are permitted for this service without incurring additional charges. If additional modifications are required, charges may apply.
