With today’s powerful modeling and animation software, that time has come. They say a picture is with a thousand words so comparing a two dimensional paper image to a three dimensional photo realistic model is like comparing night to day – no comparison.
Our architectural services team produces 3D architectural models which are used in marketing packages, websites, presentations, stacking plans, animations, and more. Working with a set of architectural drawings (AutoCAD format), they will ‘construct’ the property in the virtual world so your audience can visualize the property. Additional capabilities include the ability to animate (rotate) the building as well as create a virtual fly by. The variations are virtually endless.
Static 3D architectural models can be delivered in any one of a number of formats to include PDF, JPEG, GIF, EPS, etc. We can also adjust the size and resolution of the image to your specification. Animated files are delivered in Quick Time or Flash format.
Our prices start at $450.

RE BackOffice provides its members with the ability to upload brand guidelines and/or graphics standards. Absent the client-specific standards, or any other information to the contrary, RE BackOffice will use the default standards outlined in the standards document provided for each service.
The standard turn around time for this service is five business days. Rush options may be available upon request and may require additional charges.
Two modification requests are permitted for this service without incurring additional charges. If additional modifications are required, charges may apply.
