While aerials can make up a nice part of your marketing package, the image alone isn’t going to be much help. To tap into the full potential of the image it needs to be marked-up.
One of our graphics specialists can take your aerial photography and overlay the map elements you desire. Some examples of typical overlays include roads, highways, waterways, airports, labeling, comparable properties, etc. In addition, using new techniques through Google Earth and Google Sketch Up, we can also provide 3D (three dimensional) images of buildings using oblique aerial images.
The aerial imagery can be delivered to you in any one of a number of formats to include PDF, JPEG, GIF, EPS, etc.

Base Price Includes: Basic labeling of the primary site, as well as a map overlay of the major roads.

RE BackOffice provides its members with the ability to upload brand guidelines and/or graphics standards. Absent the client-specific standards, or any other information to the contrary, RE BackOffice will use the default standards outlined in the standards document provided for each service.
The standard turn around time for this service is three business days. Rush options may be available upon request and may require additional charges.
One modification request is permitted for this service without incurring additional charges. If additional modifications are required, charges may apply.
